Started in 2008 in Venice by Francesco Zen. First working in gyms, later in wellness centres.
Opened a private fitness centre in London in 2020, which later evolved into a full health centre.
Worked for 17 years with doctors, nutritionists, physical trainers, and well-being experts. Always between contractors from different worlds, rarely connecting, often contradicting each other.
Passionate about cooking, and having had basic chef lessons since childhood, he decided to bring together all the health-related pain points into one realistic formula. Integrating doctors, physical experts, nutritionists, mental health professionals, and chefs. All working together, focused on one individual. Synergically.
THE VISION

LIVING PROGRAM
The process is designed to be a "One off investment". Minimal implementation time 4 months.
2 months to adjust and improve all your parameters. 2 months to adjust your lifestyle for long term implementation.
We start with a questionnaire to evaluate your current status and parameter.
We follow up with a 30 minutes in-dept call to understand in details your situation and your fixed schedules.
Collecting all the datas we need, analysing your current lifestyle, spotting weak point and highlighting opportunities.
Once we are ready to start:
1- We proceed with a cardiorespiratory stress test to evaluate your Vo2 Max levels. Necessary to evaluate your current health status and your current levels of oxygen. A full blood test to check your biomarkers.
2- We prepare a 4 weeks plan to improve your Vo2 Max levels.
A nutritional plan to improve your biomarkers, circulation and tailored to your current routines, to make sure your energy levels are high and your recovery is great. As well cutting cravings or the need for quick fixes.
A mental fitness routine, working with our expert, to tackle negative mental factors, removing barriers and stressors to/from your mind.
3- We follow up with a monthly check up call to collect your feedback and checking on how much you improved.
We update or adapt anything needed, every 4 weeks.
The program evolves with you. Following your timing and evolutions. You will have a session with your mental fit trainer every 6 weeks, including at start, to help you push your mind to higher levels. To better manage you reactions towards inner and outer factors.
4- From the end of the 2nd month to the end of the 4th. We will work mainly to further reduce the effort to put into the programme, fixing all solutions in a permanent way.
Working more on your excitement, logistics and strategy for long term implementation of everyday life.
5- At the end of month 4, after hitting all targets.
Achieved a better lifestyle, great energy levels and higher quality of life, you will graduate as ZLife | Living Energy™. With more energy to perform, but also to live your off-work time.
